I was late for 15 minutes and they canceled my booking. I was supposed to stay for 3 days and the booking is completely paid for. I contacted the property re: my arrival and the time frame I expected to arrive. They could have, at least, let me check in the following day and I could have stayed at another property for the night. To top it all, they refused to give me a refund. The property does not have a reception and they could have just provided me with the access code of the gate and of the apartment. What a way to make money!
