Awesome staff!

Nicely renovated, artistically decorated, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there as a couple visiting to meet friends. The neighborhood behind has good restaurants and cafes. The subway right in front is convenient, and it is a short walk to the fashion quarter. Plenty of bikes, e-bikes, and scooters by app available right in front, as well as new good bike lanes. Only drawback is the plaza and subway entrance draw a lot of people on weekend nights, and there is substantial car traffic on the broad boulevards on both sides, so the noise came through even with double-paned windows.

The AC did not work in the living room with the sofa bed. We told the staff and said they would turn it down to 69 degrees as we requested. We checked out early at 5am and the thermostat showed that it had only gone one degree down. Our daughter and son had to sleep with my husband and I on the bed because the heat was unbearable. This is not what we had expected from a hotel from this caliber. Very disappointing!

Great staff, they even helped carry my bag to my room! Room was perfect for what I needed and the location was ideal! Would definitely stay here again. Also, loved that the mini bar in the room was free!

A very modern and clean hotel in a great location with easy access to many of Milan's highlights. Front desk staff was very helpful in providing information about transit etc. Breakfast was ok but could benefit from a a little more day to day variety.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh choices, with excellent service. The room was very new and modern. The bathroom was excellent with lots of mirrors. There is a nice, small lounge with coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and soft drinks available at any time.

The hotel Milu Milano and awesome. The room was really cool with a modern feel to it. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was even good. Loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful

Rooms are well designed. The hotel is located and as close to shopping and restaurants. The sister hotel gym was a plus.. The staff were so accommodating and nice and had great suggestions. I would stay here again. Big thumbs up.

Lovely front desk staff, lovely room/bed/shower, fun neighborhood with lots of dining options within an easy walk. Can be a bit loud (underground subway rumbles until midnight). The lopsided is that transportation is very close. Much less touristy than other areas
