We had an amazing stay at nobu hotel this past week. Front desk staff are so helpful, they catered to all of our needs and felt like they went above and beyond. Breakfast included was so filling, and chefs were kind enough to cater specially for our baby. Super clean room, very luxurious , 10/10.

The staff throughout the hotel was fantastic. The view overlooking CN Tower and Toronto Islands from our room on the 42nd floor was amazing. Food at Nobu lounge, and the waiter, was great!

The staff is some of the best around needed some little things done to make my stay special and they took care of everything before check in.

Nobu was the hotel of choice for me and my husband's 10th wedding anniversary, and the Nobu team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us celebrate the occasion. We enjoyed a lovely suite with city and lake views, a complimentary snack bar in the room, and plenty of hospitality from the hotel staff. We couldn't have picked a better hotel for such a special celebration!

Stunning modern hotel with beautiful Japanese aesthetic and everything you could ever think of provided for. True white glove service with the concierge, room service, and included breakfast. Rooms were spacious, modern with heated floors, electric blinds, ease of use for wifi/tv/bluetooth speakers, and included mini bar is fully stocked with snacks and essentials. Loved the included breakfast and the gym is high end. Also, the soaking bathtub is a highlight. Thanks to Chloe and all the staff for making our stay exceptional!

Each and every staff member that we interacted with was exceptional. Every single interaction made us feel valued and you felt like they were genuinely interested in making us feel welcome. The room and food was spectacular, but the service and staff was like nothing I have ever experienced.

Incredibly friendly and positive staff . From the front desk to restaurant staff everyone was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight of the stay . Every dish was deliciously and beautifully presented . Akanshith, Ankush, and Hena went above and beyond during my 4 day stay . I have found my new go to hotel while visiting Toronto .

No pool

Staff was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my entire stay, and even before I had checked in by seeing if there were any additional things I may need. The room and bathroom was lovely, and the ambiance was great also the amenities were amazing with branded hairdryer and hair straightener and other things too
