Terrible experience don’t recommend at all. They enter your room without knocking. They bother you the next morning when you paid for three nights telling you check out then when they realize you booked three nights after opening your door, they run down the hallway and hide. They also checked me in late Because my room wasn’t clean. Then got up and the cleaning staff still didn’t have the room clean. They moved me to another room. I did not book which was worse. I got the extreme amount of construction every morning. This company is a rip off.

Extreme construction noise they entered my property while I was staying unannounced, I was in bed. When getting up to my apartment, they put me in the wrong apartment cleaning staff told me that apartment wasn’t clean the cleaning Staff then moved me to another apartment. The next morning as they had a three day stay failing to mention, they got me checked in an hour late went back up to my apartment after having breakfast couldn’t get into my apartment because I didn’t have the correct access code. Terrible stay don’t recommend.

Too much noise from the street.

We had a really great stay here and would happily return. Two things that stood out: the room was impeccably clean and felt fresh the moment we walked in, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, offering spot-on recommendations for dinner. It’s the kind of place that just feels reliable and welcoming—exactly what I want when i'm away from home.

There is a construction going on right next to the hotel. I can hear the drills starting 5 am. When I try to report my concerns to the office a VERY RUDE lady made a lack of communication between me and the manager. Finally I had to cancel my reservation and move to a real hotel.

Property feels like brand new, it's clean, well organised, cosy, well decorated, feels safe, well located close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centre. There were good amenities and appliances that made us feel like home. Staff was friendly and oriented to serve, manager responded fast to our requests and needs. The only thing we didn't like was the noise, not only about the construction in the back of the building but neighbors from next door were annoying, noisy frequently playing music loudly or making noise in the middle of the night or too early in the morning.

La gente de recepción nada empatica, nada informativas. Y la vista de la habitacion da a una construcción y a las 7am te interrumpe el sueño la construcción

Ha mucho ruido por la obra de al lado y la instalación de agua del apartamento del lado se escucha toda la noche muy fuerte

La ubicación es inmejorable, y es un espacio demasiado agradable para descansar y pasar un muy buen rato

La atención en la recepción es buena , un poco lenta pero es normal y hay que ser pacientes. La habitación está linda, un poco pequeña pero bien , el smartTV no funciona , hubo un inconveniente con el WiFi pero lo solucionamos , de resto todo bien hasta ahora.

Buena ubicación, pero la dotación del apartamento regular. La ducha acumula agua.

Hay construcción en un edificio aledaño y esto ocasiona mucho ruido en las mañanas

Excelente ubicación, aparta estudio muy bien dotado, lugar tranquilo y seguro muy confortable, nos sentimos muy bien allí muy bien atendidos
