Room cleaning was often quite late in the day and we had to request a few times around 5pm as we came back wanting showers and couldn’t. Room was fine but no bedroom bin, water dispenser per floor was a nice touch. Our phone kept single ringing one day and it’s went into the night. Quite weird. Was really loud between rooms and no soundproofing for the bathroom was uncomfortable

Convenient location near city district. Quite far from old town but good for conference centre. The air conditioning was loud and not powerful and the wine on offer was terrible.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Staff are kind but would be helpful to have a bit more direction and support from them. However overall it was a great stay. I will add that we added the breakfast via Expedia and it was worth the discounted price as it was nice and fresh and filling.

Great location and sleek, modern rooms. The young staff brings a wonderful energy to the place. Breakfast is generous, though a bit pricey. A fantastic experience, I’d definitely stay here again!

As new condition, good size well fitted room will large TV and plenty of plug sockets. Trams a very short walk and two brilliant museums the same. 10 mins from an area with a collection of modern restaurants and a music bar

Terrible! Don’t stay here! ⭐️ 1 Star I was charged £106 for “stained bedding”, yet the bedding was not clean even before or after replacement. When they put new bedding on, it was still dirty. Completely unacceptable to charge that amount when the room and bedding were not properly cleaned in the first place. Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness.

The hotel is pretty new, large rooms with good quality furniture, all good. Water station at every floor, hot water In the bar area, all very functional and useful. Two things need fixing: 1. Sub standard breakfasts… selection and quality need improvement. 2. Bar prices are rather hopeful… starting from £5/ 25PLN for tea and up. The bar is usually empty… I wonder if we can figure out a connection ;)

Friendly staff upon checking in. Quick and efficient. Rooms very modern, clean and light. Nice touch to receive a welcome drink on arrival. Well located, in close proximity to the city centre and old town. Bolt taxi's were really handy, very cheap to travel around the city. Air conditioning in rooms a little tricky to manage. Lots of plug sockets to charge devices. The only minor negative was the sensor light under the beds were very sensitive and came on during night time when moving in bed. Breakfast also crammed a little with minimal space to move around when choosing your food. Overall, a lovely modern hotel and well located to explore the city.

Best Hotel with reasonable rate. If you are in Poland book this hotel. It has everything you need around it. Fancy Restaurants, Shopping places, Safe , Easy Access to everything. Breakfast was best. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hotel staff is Very nice and helpful.
