This is the first time I have to pay for parking at a hotel.

The service is very unprivileged and unethical.

Cons 1. The young security guard was a mess. He was more interested in playing billiards than parking the cars of guests leaving the hotel. As a result, they had to park, leave the hotel, and then cross the street. Furthermore, there's a 15,000 Rupiah parking fee, but the young security guard's service was a big NO. 2. The hallways in the rooms are narrow. 3. There are many rules, but the service is far from adequate. 4. I complained about the elevator making strange noises and malfunctioning, as if it was about to fall. They just said, "We'll check it tomorrow, ma'am," but no action was taken the next day. 5. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but not soundproof at all. 6. If you're driving a sedan or a car with low ground clearance, be careful when entering the hotel grounds; it's very high. Pros I have more respect for the older security guard. His service is much more polite.

The room isn't soundproof and is noisy because it's on the side of the road. Parking costs 15,000 Rupiah, which is supposed to be a hotel facility. The room itself is clean and comfortable, but the only downside is that it's not soundproof.

Highly recommended, new hotel, cheap price but not cheap rooms, close access to everywhere.
