The hotel staff was friendly. However, there were no towels in the room, the AC was very old and took a long time to cool, and the bathroom only had one soap and a few. The attic room had water leaks or water marks on the deck. The nightlight didn't work.

A very pleasant place to stay, with hot water, a TV, and good air conditioning. Very satisfied.

The room amenities were missing towels and pillows without pillowcases. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

The staff did not confirm the room transfer. Items were moved without approval. Items were moved in a mess. The room was not locked when the move took place. When complaints arose, no one took responsibility.
