I had reservations about staying in a riad in the medina, but this place exceeded every expectation. The human touch here is real and it starts before you even arrive. Their airport transport was early, helped with luggage, and made finding the riad for the first time completely stress-free. The staff cleaned our space daily, breakfast every morning was lovely, and Maria in guest services was an absolute standout. She was warm, knowledgeable, and full of helpful tips on bargaining in the souks, local entertainment, and which excursion operators to trust. The space is beautiful, immaculately clean, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. If you want a clean, aesthetically pleasing riad with staff that actually cares, this is it. No hesitation recommending Riad Berber.

Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was truly wonderful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of many of the famous sights and attractions in the medina. It made exploring Marrakech incredibly convenient while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The riad itself has a very calm and relaxing ambiance. After a day of walking through the busy streets, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. The architecture and design are beautiful and full of character, with thoughtful details that really highlight the charm of traditional Moroccan style. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, and they made sure that all of our requests were taken care of. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Marrakech—great location, beautiful design, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.

We've had a wonderful experience in Riad Berbere, in every way. So stylish and welcoming, and a peaceful oasis in the perfect location within the Medina. All the staff were attentive and convivial. The rooftop breakfasts were a highlight, and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and cake. Our rooms were spotless, beautiful and authenticly decorated. We also enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner beside the lovely courtyard.
