Amazing spot

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The front desk team was very helpful (Isaac and Pablo and the other front desk guy). They helped us with making reservations for experiences in the city and gave us good recommendations. The hotel was very clean, smelled great, is nicely designed and our room, which was on the bottom floor, had a nice big comfortable layout. It rained this whole past week so we didn't get to spend time in our patio but loved looking at it. The place was very peaceful. The location is great and we found it to be very safe and conveniently located. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Summary: the hotel is nice, but the service was terrible. Arrived and the bellman helped with luggage, that was a nice touch. At first everything seemed good but then one by one things got worse. I asked at the hotel restaurant for change for a 500 peso bill so I could tip the doorman for helping with the luggage. He was extremely rude and said NO. Not even in a polite way, just a rude. I believe it was the manager. Then at check in the staff was nice but one policy you should know is that check in is at FOUR 4pm!! and check out is at 11am! VERY inconvenient when you are transferring from another hotel. Now it got bad. We checked in and left for a bit. When we came back we noticed the window shades were closed and it was dark in the room. We left them open. We asked the front desk and they paused then said "Oh, we provide courtesies like this to our guests." but it was like he invented that on the spot. We did NOT give any authorization to enter our room without notice. We were not told about "courtesies" like this during check-in.It was very suspicious that someone went into our room without asking us after we already unpacked. The pillows are unusable. They are so big that we could not lay our heads on them comfortably.When I asked for others, they had none. lastly I left my electronic toothbrush in the bathroom after check out. When I called to ask for them to hold it for me , they said they didnt have it. I know i left it. It just dissapeared.. do not trust Onto.

This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.

Great location, and the staff was very quick to help with any questions we had about the area. The room was massive and chic. The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better but otherwise great accommodation

The hotel felt new and the pictures are as listed on the site! The staff was super nice and the hotel felt extremely well located. Tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance Would recommend to a friend!

A great location and new furnishings are about the only positives. Terrible customer service, all done via what's App, and just not very helpful. Other than the lovely lady serving on the roof bar everyone else made you feel like you were in the way, not a single smile. I could list 20+ problems with this place. For example, " please can I have some ice, no sorry you'll have to come down to the restaurant and ask them". Went down, and then told I'd have to bring a glass from my room if I wanted some as they were a different company. No milk in room, "please could I have some". No sorry we don't provide that" Both v minor but just examples of no customer service. "Please could I get a late check out, happy to pay ?" "No sorry, we're completely full". Checked on line and there were lot's of rooms available" Please note the restaurant as previously mentioned while apparently part of the hotel, is not. If you eat there you can't put this on your hotel bill, you have to pay there and then. Just not a good experience, there are a lot of hotels in Mexico City, far cheaper and offering better service.

Amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely stay again. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable and had a very generous amount of storage. We also really looked forward to the fresh pastries and coffee each morning on the rooftop.

It was a pleasure staying at Onto. From being welcomed by the staff to being taken care of. The facility was very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, you can still smell the new scent. The rooftop was amazing. The area has so many options to eat, everything was walking distance. This place is totally recommended and will definitely come back for future trips to CDMX.

Beautiful property but seems to be experiencing some teething issues. Our AC was leaking and it took 2 tries to fix. There was one night where there was a lot of noise from the pipes. We had the terrace apartment which looks like a private garden but we could not enjoy because of mosquitoes. Our room was below street level so you hear the city but it feels very private. I did not notice any noise at night. We seem to have been unlucky with the restaurant next to the lobby. I saw it open in the morning only. I was hoping for a hotel that would have a bar to grab a drink from after a day out or before dinner, which happened to be 5 pm for us. But the restaurant was no longer open and the roof bar service didn’t start till 6 pm. I think if I had been able to stock up our room with drinks and snacks I would have enjoyed the property more, but as it was, the options on hand were kind of limited. I would recommend the hotel to others but recommend buying some refreshments to enjoy the vibe of the beautifully decorated rooms. The location is also excellent.

Muy bien la personal de recepción muy amables y el hotel muy bonito limpio muchos detalles huele rico muy recomendable

Nuestra habitación (terraza interna) estuvo muy agradable y silenciosa, el personal muy amable desde antes de llegar contestó a mis preguntas y pudieron tener lista la habitación antes de la hora del check-in. También resguardaron nuestras pertenencias el último día para que pudiéramos seguir disfrutando de la colonia Roma. Se tiene a distancia cambiable restaurantes y cafeterías. Tuvimos una excelente estancia.

Nos gusto mucho el estilo, decoracion y calidad de las camas y mobiliario del hotel. Nos hospedaremos aqui nuevamente en nuestro proximo viaje a Coudad de Mexico.
