Very friendly staff, room was good, only issue: due to local restrictions no elevator possible and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the respective floor.

Location is perfect. Price is reasonable. Room is clean but be aware that the duvet is small for two people. Also don’t carry heavy luggage as there’s no elevator and the stairs are narrow and swirling.

There is a steep step climb to the rooms and no elevator. I didn’t pay attention to the description that clearly said this. Check in was easy and I left my bags in storage to explore the city. The front desk was kind enough to put my bags in my room! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV seemed to have hundreds of channels. The hotel is located in a busy part of the city, so there was some street noise. It’s walking distance (about 5-10 mins) from the main train station. There are a lot of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

The room was small and not very comfortable. The worst thing for me was there was no elevator and the stairs were more like a steep ladder than stairs. If you have mobility limitations this is NOT the place for you.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The floor had hair in many places from previous guests. The walls and tile had orange stains in multiple places. Additionally this hotel falsely advertises individually climate controlled rooms. We were unable to control the temperature of our room with the mini split (the ac unit on the wall). When I asked the hotel front desk attendant about controlling the AC to keep the room cool so we could sleep, the attendant raised his eyebrows saying condescendingly “you want to keep the room cold in this weather?” I informed him that we struggle to sleep without the temperature being under 70 degrees Fahrenheit. He said aggressively ‘you will have to open the window because there is one control for the hotel, all hot or all cold.’ (Pictures show different controls in the room all stating different temperatures at the same time, the settings do not change the temperature, and the wall unit does not respond). When my 60+ year old mother went to speak to the attendant directly asking about the AC being advertised in the listing and informing him that this was the reason we purchased the hotel he responded by saying ‘Yes the boy came down and already spoke to me about this.’ (Clearly this was intended to be insulting as the boy he was referencing is a 30+ year old man). The attendant further stated ‘This is cheapest hotel, and if you don’t like it open a window.” “This is just the way it is, if you do not like it, choose another hotel next time.”

the property was a 6 unit 4 story building with two rooms on each of the floors above the street. the only way to the rooms was by a very narrow and steep stairway. the "lobby of the hotel" was a pot shop with outdoor seating blocking the entrance with people sitting at tables smoking pot. the room reaked of pot both days we were there. there was not cleaning service. there were no lamps in the room just a ceiling light and the TV did not work. it was very disappointing, but it was near the train station.
