The place is really cool... the owner is friendly..

The front porch was filthy, as if it had never been mopped. The stairs leading to the rooftop were dirty, and the second-floor balcony was filthy. The staff was very slow to respond. There were no spoons, only forks. There was also no tea, coffee, or sugar. Very disappointed, even though the view was beautiful.
