I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation for Sany from the Concierge team. During my stay, he was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist. He shared information about Jakarta enthusiastically and made a positive impression with his warm attitude and helpful spirit. He even brought me to each floor of the hotel that provide facilities. It's so wonderful!
Although I understand that he is currently working as a daily staff member, I truly believe he has great potential and would be a valuable asset as a permanent member of your team. His dedication and positive energy reflect well on your establishment.
Not to forget Ms. Allika from botanique lounge, she is professionally attentive and very kind suggesting menu on the evening time. She also explained to me what each course on the menu is about and how it will be served later, especially when I have certain allergies to be taken care of. I know it is super hotel procedure for them, but this is what hotel is able to provide to their guest, which is to feel safe, secure, happy, and enjoy during stay (feel just like home).
The fish and chips is amazing just to fill up my hungry stomach. From the moment I dove into the plate until I finished my dishes, Ms. Allika has shown her care towards me because my water is always finished. She always makes sure that I didn't choke myself during enjoying the dish. She also has shown the best hospitality service among the F&B team when I need to ask where is the money changer nearby. Her knowledge is exceptional!
I hope the management team could acknowledge these 2 staff and give them credit as my appreciation towards them. I know how operational teams struggled.
FYI, I stayed for 2 nights only, but since I work in hospitality as well, I can say that these 2 staff is SUPERR!! I can't believe if they are not around in the well-known hotel brand. Indeed
