Friendly staff, good location, good facilities, swimming pool and garden. Unfortunately, there's no hot water in the room, and the shower's hot water is off. Booked rooms 205 and 206, both have no hot water, and no refillable water dispenser or hot kettle.
Overall, it's okay, and the swimming pool is really helpful, making it kid-friendly.
