Guys, if you stay in the Bohemian private pool type, the location is different from Kizuna Villa. Bohemian is located in Puncak. Luckily I didn't bring elderly people. Cars are scary to use to force their way up. If you want to walk down, you have to endure the ups and downs. Basically, it feels like being scammed, even though I searched for detailed information on social media, but none of them listed the villa in a different location. Also, the hot water isn't available all day, only at midday and even then, for a short time. It's ridiculous that at 1 degree Celsius, we used cold water. Then why not use the private pool, the water is cold.

First, I'd like to comment on the location of the inn, which is difficult to reach by car due to its extremely steep terrain. Even those of us accustomed to driving on mountain roads found it difficult, as the road only accommodates one car. However, the hotel staff were responsive enough to block our car with rocks. Second, the soundproofing. Since we visited in August, the weather was very cold, making the room feel colder than outside. We slept with three layers of clothing and three blankets, but the cold wasn't enough to keep out the incoming wind, so we decided to check out early and waste our remaining night at the hotel. Third, there were issues with the room's furnishings, such as the very flimsy doorknobs and various aesthetically pleasing but dirty wall hangings. I hope the quality of this inn improves.

The place is very nice, the mountain view is very nice.

The location is filthy and the bathrooms are incredibly dirty. The building is also unsafe. It's extremely dangerous. I'm really sorry to stay at this hotel.

Likes: The staff were responsive and friendly. Dislikes: The Kizuna Villa Dieng building is relatively new, but many things are incomplete. Examples include: the sink faucet was installed haphazardly, the bedroom door didn't lock (the wooden door had shrunk), the light sockets and plugs were hidden, the paint was only on one coat, the water heater was inadequate/the water was still cold. Toilet paper was not provided.

The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Overall, everything is good, from the service etc. Please improve the Wi-Fi, thank you. See you at the end of the year, I will be back to that villa again 🙏🏻

The villa is a bit old, hot water is not non-stop, kitchen equipment is not good.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The facilities, view, service, and pool were excellent. I'll definitely come back here next time I visit Dieng.

The water is not warm, there is black mold, the bathroom has no towel or clothes hangers.

Honestly, this is the most relaxing villa, man 🤣 I've never found a villa like this. Check-in only asked for names, when checking out there was no rush even though we were overtime because we had joined the jeep trip. The place is close to everything, plus it's so cold. The food was already packed even though we were late, which is so delicious. When checking out, the water just came out like that, so it was like playing at a friend's house 🤣 Thanks Sis. Just a suggestion, please fix the hot water because it was on and off yesterday. The rest is MUANTEBBBBBBBBBB

In terms of construction, the villa is actually very nice. Another plus is the excellent and cooperative service of the staff. Because of its location at the very top, the views are incredibly beautiful—the entire Dieng Plateau can be clearly seen from the villa area. However, there are a few important notes that haven't been reviewed or explained before: - The road leading to the villa is incredibly steep and in poor condition. - Because it's located at the very top, access is extremely difficult. - Reconsider going down to find food. The process of going down and back up to the villa itself requires a lot of effort due to the steep incline. So, once you're inside the villa, it's better to stay upstairs and avoid going back out. While the views and staff are impressive, due to the extremely difficult and tiring access, I don't think I'll be returning here again.

Staying at this villa for just one day isn't enough; it truly leaves you feeling overwhelmed. The service is also excellent, with everyone being quick and informative, especially regarding the route; the admin was incredibly helpful.

If you want to go to Dieng, you must stay here. You can get a really good view, directly facing the mountain, and the rooms and facilities are satisfactory, the staff are also friendly and helpful.

It's better not to use the breakfast area because it's close to everything and there are many vendors because the breakfast is boxed instant fried rice with seasoning and eggs. The picture doesn't match the first one. Mostly wood, but yeah, there are lots of animals. The hot water is strangely on and not enough.
