No towels provided and the signal is poor.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room wasn't very comfortable. The sheets were old, the pillows were flat, and it smelled a bit off.

Judge for yourself.... not a hotel for business.

Almost everything is really dirty inside and outside the room, the lobby is so dirty, oh my gosh.

Bad experience! Check-in was slow, the room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we had to wait. Amenities like old towels were provided, but they had to be requested and ironed first. Mineral water had to be requested before being provided. The sheets looked unclean, with lingering stains, and the pillows smelled bad, even though they had only been sprayed with freshener. The liquid soap dispenser was also broken.

I only had one impromptu stay at this hotel. It was already overpriced, at almost 300,000 Rupiah, and it wasn't worth the price. I couldn't sleep, and I checked out in the morning :(

There were no towels in the room. We asked for them, but they were only promised. No towels were provided until check-out.

The bedsheets were dirty, it was obvious that someone had used them but they were only tidied up, not cleaned, the dirty floor was not swept, let alone mopped, there were lots of footprints, the room had no windows, the bathroom drain was clogged, the water pooled and entered the room and flowed under the TV, in the morning when we wanted to take a shower there was no water, just after 2 people had taken a shower the water was already gone, how come in the morning the water had run out before 6, the receptionist said the water had just been filled, even though we had to check out early in the morning to attend a family funeral, and we stayed on Thursday night, not on the weekend, so what were the hotel staff doing ...... I really regret staying here

Got room number 12, my family and I were still sleeping until we were startled awake by the noise, probably from the staff. They should have known there were guests, so they could have better ensured the comfort of their guests or at least use soundproofing in the room. And the cleanliness of the bathroom, oh my, who is super disgusted, was quite disgusted by the condition of the yellow floor. And the bottom of the toilet was yellow, as if it hadn't been scrubbed.

Comfortable, the staff is nice, the AC is also cold, very worth it for the affordable price.
