Property has a good food and bar! The early shift staff didn’t let us see a menu.The two girls just said we have snacks later. I understand snack could be potato chips or lite appetizers. The evening staff was amazing and helpful to assist with menu.thank you for the short time stay!

Sitting right on the beach ! Family pool was small and so is the adult only pool. Staff at the bar are not very friendly and the service is not it - would take 10-15 min to get 2 drinks

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. The facilities are amazing, however, what made it special was the staff. Javier the night guard was super friendly and attentive after hours. The hotel and restaurant bar staff amazing. The location was the best!!! We will definitely be back and this time we will bring our family.

Getting there was terrible the roads were blocked due to Contruction, first bad sign, and we had to carry our luggage in between big construction trucks and a muddy road. Once I was given the ocean view room second bad sign the Contruction going on next door was non stop drilling from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm non stop. How is that relaxing. My vacation was ruined so I left one day early I couldn’t take it anymore. I had a really bad experience.

The room was nice and clean with good air con and a nice suite. The restaurant in the hotel served nice breakfast compared to places outside hotel. The location was perfect right on the beach. The staff were so helpful and nice aswell. We would stay here again 👌

Friendly staff and rooms cleaned every day

Great hotel! The beachfront location was perfect, and the rooms were clean and equipped with air conditioning. The property has a pool, a bar, and is conveniently located near many restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The drinks were delicious, and the hot dogs quickly became our favorite snack. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but they were spotless and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was a 5 ⭐️ experience. Alberto was the best bartender I’ve ever experienced (magician!), Lily and Lulu behind the bar cooking were so friendly, Javier the security guard was super friendly, the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, can’t beat the location, it was safe and quiet, right on the beach and extremely walkable. It has everything I was looking for. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

The place is great, Restaurant does a good job with simple food and great drinks, Beach is beautiful, but treacherous. Be super careful! I must say that I really loved the staff. Every single person that works there went out of their way to make you happy!

The hotel is in a great location, just one block from Punta Zicatela’s main street, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the bar-restaurant offers great cocktails. The bartender is very creative and takes the time to explain the different drinks—you should definitely try the alacrán mezcal. That said, the room towels could use some improvement. One downside: on one night, some guests arrived around 2 AM and started a loud party in their room. Security didn’t intervene until around 6 AM, so we weren’t able to sleep that night. Aside from that incident, the rest of our stay was very quiet.

Beautiful, safe, clean, and quiet family resort just steps from the beach. Perfect local spot to eat, shop, and enjoy the sun. We will be back!
