Great hostel. Very modern and clean. My room was ready when I arrived at midday so I was able to check in early. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a single room with elevated bed. The room is basically a giant white wooden box. Might not be for everyone. Comfy bed with clean linen. Towels provided. Plenty of lighting and charge points. Not the best for sound insulation. I was woken a few times on the first night by doors slamming and people talking loudly. Seemed quieter on the second night. The room can get a bit hot. There was a thermostat in the room but it didn't seem to do anything. Showers and toilets were clean and spacious. Kitchen and seating area came in handy. Breakfast was very basic but only costs a few euros. Overall can't complain for the money payed. I would describe it as an upmarket hostel. It is a bit out of town. Approx 20-30 minbwalk into the town centre

Wow! This is the future for all hotels. Spotless rooms, friendly staff, great price, free breakfast, centrally located and very quiet internally. If you're okay with sharing a large bathroom (which is spotless too) then this is the only way to stay in Malaga.

This was my first time staying in a hotel of this kind, and let me tell you, I was amazed!! The private quarters combined with the modern design and pristinely clean facilities was incredible! Yes there is a little bit of noise you may hear from your neighboring capsules but its much less than I've experienced at other budget, private hostels, way nicer facilities and they provide ear plugs and disposable sandals if you need them. <3 I

It located right opposite to La Isla station and airport bus stop just 8-10mins walk. 15mins walk to the beach which is awesome! Easy access to tourist attractions via bus or metro. Room is clean with adequate space for luggage (am staying in private upper hub). Kinda sound proof so I did enjoy my sleep. All rooms on the ground floor, no stairs to worry about. Open kitchen is simple yet you get all you would need. Fridge to store your own food, microwave, toaster and coffee machine etc. Staffs are extremely helpful and welcoming! Alway someone there round the clock. They managed to keep common area very spotless and tidy.

The whole place was very very clean! Pods/ rooms were well designed and therefore felt spacious, bathrooms and kitchen were all well equipped. Perfect for a cheaper stay but still able to have private space.

Beds: Rather firm, not the most comfortable, but sheets are soft with multiple pillows. Shower: Shared, clean, okay pressure with hairdryer Towels: Decent size, thin, nowhere to hang WiFi: Reliable Heating/Cooling: Horrible situation. You're given thermostats in your room that you can't control. They do nothing. Multiple people complained about it being cold, so they turned the heat on. They people complained about the heat, and they wouldn't cool it down. Noise: Quiet Outlets: Next to the bed Staff: Thought they were responsive, offered to refund for some issues, but it was a lie and a front, and they had no intent to refund nor help. This hotel/hostel was unpleasant. Upon bringing up one or two concerns, I thought they were being responsive to help, but they were not. I booked a room for two, but only I checked in, and they complained when someone else joined me late in the night. The room was freezing upon entering, and I asked why I couldn't control the temperature. They said it had to be done from the central source. I told them to NOT turn on the heating if I couldn't then turn it off because I needed it warmer than 17 degrees celsius, but I did not want the heat to go on and then me not be able to control that. The staff did not understand english well and even after repeating this 3 times, they turned the heat on. I then said it was too hot and the staff told me that their manager told me to ask for a refund for the problems. But it was a lie. Don't recommend here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wostel, Málaga. The rooms and communal areas were clean, staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was as advertised. This hostel is brand new and there is still some construction work ongoing (this was announced in advance of my stay). However, this was not disruptive. I also liked the coffee machine in the communal living area which is free at all times of day. This hostel is located about 20-30 minutes away from the centre of Málaga on foot. However, it is close to the train station and it is easy to get a bus into the centre. I would recommend this hostel and I would stay here again.

This hostel is a 10 minute walk from the main train station but in the opposite direction of the old town so it's further away from the center. The walls are super thin between rooms and you can hear everything your neighbour does: from coughing/sneezing to phone calls. The rest of the hostel is kept very clean and the staff are super nice and accommodating. Although the lights in the women bathroom weren't working while I was there, the rest of the amenities were nice.

The air conditioning didn't work. On the second night, the minimum temperature was configured to 24C - way too high in the pod-like rooms with no other ventilation- so there was no way to cool down.
