Warm shower, good elevators, nice beds, good a/c, id stay here again. Its no 5 star but it was comoftable and everyone was very kind. The location isn't as bad as it may look. There's a convenient store just beneath the building, gym next door, 7 eleven on the next block. Worth it and for a good price.

When I arrived, I was given a smaller room than the one I had booked but this was corrected, so I had a family room with two double beds at floor 19. The place is not as nice as on the advertising photographs. Many things are broken or worn out. No bidet, no washing machine. The washing machine pipe was left open in the room, throwing toxic sewage gaz (hydrogen sulfur) in my face. I obturated the pipe with a plastic bag and the air was good again. There is no place to hang towels or clothes. I tried the curtain bar but it fell on the floor because it was attached very poorly. I could repair it myself with a screwdriver. The room has a small fridge (maybe 30 l) and a microwave oven, cups, but no plate, knife, spoon, fork. The floor and the shower are particularly worn out. The floor was covered with hair. The cooling system is on|off, you have to regulate the temperature by yourself. The room has windows that do open, with no nice view. The room was quiet (little outside or inside noise). The bathroom has working air exhaust. On the second day, the card keys ceased to work. The security staff was helpful. The cleaning staff was helpful but they do not have a vaccum cleaner. The staff wants to work. This place has a swimming pool and a gym, maybe not in the best condition, at top floor 21, with a nice view. Obviously some people smoke in the corridors. The elevator works well.

Stayed for 3 nights. The night reception(we checked in at 02:00 a.m.) was very helpful. The room had a microwave, a small fridge & a kettle. However when we wanted to use the kettle, the plug had a difference with the sockets around the room. Fortunately we brought our own adaptor to use, so we eventually managed to boil the kettle. There was a small table & 2 chairs for eating, & a cozy settee. Black out curtains. The bathroom/toilet looks very dated & in need of modernising, as unusual not to have a bidet. Most hotels now have one. A surprise was a washing machine. The bed (Queen size) & pillows were very very comfy & we had a good night sleep after our long flight on those 3 nights. Unfortunately, because the weather was bad (thunderstorms) we were not able to use the pool. They said coffee, water & toilet paper were complimentary but we only had those on the 1st night we stayed. I asked 1 of the assistants on our floor if he could replenish those in our room while we were out, but when we got back he only seemed to have emptied the waste bins. The reception desk was unattended to inform them. We just decided to buy our own water, toilet paper & coffee. The location of this hotel is convenient to travel by LRT to Manila.
