By far, this has some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. I strained my ankle on the third day of my trip, and everyone went above and beyond to help. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, approachable, and always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difficult situation so much easier. The hotel was consistently clean, and although it’s still undergoing renovations, it’s already a wonderful place to stay. I can only imagine how beautiful it will be once everything is complete. The location was another huge plus. Getting Ubers was quick and easy, and there were plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences within walking distance. One of my favorite perks was the luggage storage. If you arrive before check-in, you can leave your luggage with the hotel and start exploring right away. They also allow you to store your luggage after checkout until it’s time to head to the airport, which made my last day so much more convenient. I highly recommend staying here. The exceptional staff truly made my trip so much easier, and I can’t wait to come back!

Muy buen hotel en general. Super centrico, a un excelente precio. La habitacion estaba comoda en general, mi unica queja es que el piso estaba sucio, deben ponerle un ojo a eso, el staff si llegaba a limpiar pero solo barria y cambiaba sabanas pero no pasaba mopa, entonces em piso siempre se quedaba como con polvo, caminas descalzo y te quedan los pies negros 😬

Would love to have an ice machine

I booked this hotel after reading multiple reviews that at times were conflicting but made the right decision after all. This is literally a hidden gem. You can't imagine how nice is the hotel from the outside. But the property is modern, elephant, well appointed and I just found me another option in CDMX. Ended up staying in two different rooms because the Superior King was great but I felt a tad constricted and I moved to the King Deluxe.And I even had a city view balcony. My check in was a rough start due to being very slow and only one person at the reception. But when I requested a new room the next day they were efficient and accommodating. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. And this is the first hotel I have in the city that has a mini fridge. They have a floor A/C unit that works perfectly. I messaged the hotel after booking due to conflicting comments from guests. I just want to say that any person looking at this place right now must listen to my review and go ahead with the booking. Someone wrote a terrible review 6 months ago about bed bugs and it gave me pause but I took the chance and the rooms were meticulously clean. One point of importance is that the street is a daily life MX street with hardware stores, dry cleaners and it's not a touristy street. But there are many great places for food and several good hotels also. It is just four blocks from Avenida Juárez and once there you have the centro histórico at your feet.

They need a restaurant.

Mal servicio, llegamos a la habitación y no habian toallas ni una sola, fui al lobby y ni siquiera me las llevaron si no que me hicieron esperar para que yo misma las llevara, reservamos una estadia por 3 dias y unicamente habia un rollo de papel de baño, era reservacion para 4 personas y solamente habian dos botellas de agua, cafetera sin cafe una silla manchada como de popo, aunque el hotel luce muy bien le falta mucho para una buena estadia. Otro punto muy mal es que es durante el dia es parqueadero publico y tienes que andar buscando quien mueva los carros para poder salir. Y si sales despues de las 8 pm tienes que ir al loby a avisar para que puedan abrir y cabe menciknar que esta en una area super traficada y cuesta salir del area
