Excellent location and top notch property.

Not good over all, no hot water sometimes no water, nobody clean the room for a week, no fresh towels, not easy to communicate ! Not a good experience o. Our vacation to Mexico

Very poor service for checking, first time ever I get the room almost 5:00 p.m.

The property has potential but the noise is a problem. They should fix the windows. Also there are very few services and its not that clear on the listing

Great location super walkable. The rooms had a lot of natural light but they ended up getting very hot throughout the day. The amenities weren’t great - breakfast was a 3/5 and they would only clean the rooms if you asked them to. I stayed for 2.5 weeks and only got 1 clean and had to ask for a second one when I ran out of supplies. Gym was also mediocre. But I think the location and spaciousness was great.

Capitalia Antara Polanco was great and exceeded my expectations! The host was very informative and communicated prior to check-in which made the process very easy. The entire staff I dealt with was very kind, polite, and helpful. The property is very clean, smells great, and both of my rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities (including full kitchen) that helped me enjoy my stay. I also took advantage of the complimentary rooftop breakfast on two occasions and it was lovely enjoying the city view with fresh juice and eggs made to order. It really helped to get the mornings started on my busy days. The location is very convenient, there's plenty to do in the surrounding areas from shopping to dining and sightseeing. In just short walks we were able to go to both Antara plaza and Palacio de Hierro for shopping, dined at several restaurants with lots of variety, toured Museo Soumaya, as well as covered the basics at convenience stores and pharmacies. While other attractions were just a short drive away like Bosque Chapultepec and lucha libra at Arena Mexico. I'm very thankful this stay enhanced my trip, I felt like I had nothing to worry about. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast and the chef’s service in the roof garden were excellent.

i asked for my room to get cleaned and I asked for late checkout and they said ok than the day of they tell me no late check out and I had to leave at 11 on the dot if I would of known that I would have had a extra day than I had to wait at the airport with all my stuff for 5 hours B4 my plane come

Yes the room and view was very beautiful the staff was friendly and very attentive

The location amenities and the room was very good . We were told to make our own bed, had to ask for towels and toilet paper when used. The room was never cleaned during the three day stay. Liked the complimentary breakfast.

El cuarto y el baño me encantaron. Tiene una cocina pequeña, una salita, balcón; es muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Está en Polanco en una parte más comercial pero muy ubicado! La razón por la cual no pongo cinco estrellas es porque el staff no me pareció amable. No están entrenados para hotelería. No saludan, no ayudan, no son hospitalarios como caracteriza a los mexicanos. Y aunque el desayuno está incluido y se sirve en el rooftop, que es muy agradable, las señoritas que atienden no son amables ni comunicativas, y tampoco están entrenadas. Una de ellas estaba comiendo y cocinando al mismo tiempo. La única persona amable y risueña fue Adel! Por lo demás, me gustó el hotel. Tomar en cuenta que hacen limpieza cada 7 días, y si quieres que limpien diariamente, es un servicio pagado

Todo estuvo muy bien, lo único que las toallas del baño estaban un poco viejas y las paredes del baño tenían manchas. El primer código no sirvió pero ya el segundo perfecto

The rooms rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The service wasn't the best. When we needed some extra help it proved to be a little difficult.

Great area, staff were kind, and the rooftop was very cute. Would stay here again.
