The location is awesome! You’re walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants in Roma Norte and La Condesa. We walked everywhere! The room was nice and spacious, but the bed was definitely not a standard queen… maybe a full bed. The main negative is that the hotel is at a busy intersection with constant honking! We were on the 8th floor and even had a noise machine for sleeping at night.

Location was great. Property was spacious and had a wonderful view of the town. Staff were really helpful. I gave three star to cleaning since corners of the shower was completely moldy. Also, room was noisy since it faced a busy street. As a matter of fact, all the rooms were faced busy streets. First, we were assigned a room with a toilet issue. The issue was that the toilet was completely attached to the shower door. Therefore, you have to sit on the toilet with a 45 degree angle with your butt stuck to the shower door. When we complained , after two days, we were assigned another room, In general, I liked the property.

The room was nice but you can hear all the outside noise. Its on a main street so there's constant traffic, honking and sirens. I would suggest getting ear plugs and eye mask because the shade doesnt block out all the light from coming in. The only mirror is in the bathroom so it was hard getting ready if you're sharing the bathroom.

The location was convenient, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The restroom was dirty, there was dust throughout the room, water stains all over the sink, and the base of the toilet was visibly dirty. After I complained, housekeeping returned but only did a quick mop and did not address the other cleanliness issues. The overall condition of the room made the stay uncomfortable and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness. The location was the only positive aspect of this property. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and room maintenance. Another major issue was the noise. Between the traffic outside and noise around the property, it was difficult to get any rest. It was loud enough that I had to sleep with headphones on every night.

Great location overall!

We didn’t have any hot water all day , maintainance only fixed it 30 min before our checkout. We had tried to make the water run for 15 min to wait for it to get warm but with no luck. It was freezing cold. When we told them, they later messaged us and told us that we should’ve let the water run because it takes time for it to get hot. We already did that. Wouldn’t have chosen this if I knew it didn’t come with hot water.

Location was great but definitely felt like rooms did not look as nice . Had to upgrade the bedroom studio we first booked due to it being really small . Also, first room we got was not clean.

The property is perfectly located, with great access to restaurants and shops. The only downside is the street noise at night, which made it hard to sleep. We stayed on the 4th floor and could still hear everything clearly from the street. Rooms are big, cleaned, and well equipped.

Great for our short visit! The check in and check out was super easy and the staff was kind and helpful. We also used the business center which was handy to have available.

The floors were soo dirty they definitely rushed the cleaning process before we got there. We asked for early check in but I would have rather them tell me the room wasn’t clean then but me in a dirty room. I also asked for towels 4 times. They brought me new towels two days after I asked.

This was my 3rd trip to Mexico City, and this was not a great stay. The room was very dirty and worn out. Our feet were stained black from the dirt on the floor, and the shower was moldy and smelled sour. While there was a nicely stocked kitchen, the room walls were scuffed, the floors were loose, and the sheets/towels were stained. I am used to street noise in Mexico, but this was terrible. Our door code also had to be reset 3 times over the course of a 4 day stay. Pick another property- I thought the good reviews were enough, but that was not the case. It was ok enough for our trip, but the cleanliness was not acceptable for the price.

First time in CDMX, and this hotel was perfect. Location was 10/10 , near so many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Very safe area, staff was always helpful and accommodating. Cool rooftop bar with a great view. Only thing I got a picture of…

It’s a beautiful location around so much to do or see either walking distance or even driving. It’s like having your own apartment in the city. I will definitely book this same location on my return trip!

The location was excellent — easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see. The room and the property itself were genuinely nice and well-appointed. That said, two things kept this from being a five-star stay. First, the room never got cold enough; the cooling just could not keep up the way we wanted. Second, daily cleaning was not included in the rate we paid, and nothing was restocked automatically. We had to specifically request new towels, and anything we used up in the room had to be asked for rather than replenished on a daily basis. The space and the location were great, but those two issues — the cooling and the lack of included housekeeping and restocking — brought what could have been a five-star experience down to four.
