This is an excellent location—perfect for coming home, resting, and getting your day started. It’s very accessible to the metro system, as well as major areas and landmarks, which makes getting around convenient. The rooms don’t have windows, which might be a drawback for some, but depending on your stay, you might be able to access one of the executive suites. I stayed in the loft, which was quite small at first, but it grew on me over time and became comfortable. There are washers and dryers available for guests, which is a nice added convenience. Overall, the place feels very safe and well-maintained. For the price, it’s an excellent budget-friendly option, especially if you prioritize location and accessibility.

Air conditioning was good. Inaccurate advertising of property frontage & room facilities especially the Tv which required guests to use their own apps to access any tv format. Room service only weekly. Location great was the only good thing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Habyt Chinatown. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Smith St by the street vendors, minutes walk from three different hawkers and multiple MRT entrances-- you are right in the action. Close to everything! The AC is very strong and was an icy reprieve from the heat outside. We didn't interact with any staff in person, but they were very responsive through whatsapp and when we needed an extra room cleaning beyond the scheduled, they came through quickly and easily. The room was as expected based on the pictures. Our room did not have windows to the outside streets, which was a bummer but also made it very quiet. Our room and one other room shared a locked shared area with a laundry machine, sink, cooking devices, and a fridge. We really appreciated the free laundry facilities and used them. The only thing that was strange was our bathroom was open air, which we didn't know beforehand. We saw the connecting room and it did not have an open air toilet, so I guess not all of them are like that. There was no AC in there, but a few bricks had "windows" in them but there was no glass. The bathroom was quite hot. We worried about bugs and people seeing in, but there were none and it was still very private. The bathroom also dried very well despite being open. I only wish we knew about this factor before we booked/visited, though I would still stay here again.

Checking was difficult.. Couldn't find the office. Bed sheets wasn't clean... Also would be nice to have clean room service (cleans towels, bed sheets, etc) a least every 2 days instead of once a week.

this hotel is in a really convenient location, walkable to popular tourist spots like chinatown, clarke quay, and also many hawker centres with local food fare. the room itself had really good air conditioning and amenities were clean (with regular weekly cleaning). they also have a really nice lounge/reception area that is conducive for remote working. the staff was also really helpful beyond their working hours when we locked ourselves out of the room and when we needed a place to leave our luggage before the check-in time. unfortunately, the hotel is located in a street where it is close to many touristy areas and can get really noisy in the daytime. it gets better past 10pm, when tourists vacate the area, though noisy club-goers especially on wednesdays (ladies night) and the weekends could be annoying. overall, we recommend this hotel if you don't mind a lot of noise and prioritise a good location that puts you right in middle of all the action :)

Staff very courteous and gave good directions as I arrived late, even a video to help! The loft was bit small on lower level but enjoyed the stay!!!

Bevor ich überhaupt angereist bin, hatte ich bereits einen sehr schlechten Eindruck von diesem Hotel. Der Kundenservice ist unfreundlich und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Ich habe versehentlich zwei Zimmer gebucht und es erst bemerkt, nachdem ich vom Hotel kontaktiert wurde. Trotzdem durfte ich das zweite Zimmer nicht stornieren. Für mich wirkt das einfach nur geldgierig und unfair. Zum Hotel selbst: Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die schöne Lobby, die überall gezeigt wird, befindet sich nur im Haus 29. Wenn man in einem anderen Gebäude untergebracht ist, bekommt man diese Lobby nicht einmal zu Gesicht – ziemlich irreführend. Der Check-in war kontaktlos, was grundsätzlich okay ist. Allerdings musste ich mehrmals nachfragen, wann ich die Daten dafür bekomme, da ich während der Anreise kein Internet haben würde. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Küche, Klimaanlage, Föhn, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren vorhanden. Der Fernseher funktionierte ebenfalls, inklusive Netflix und YouTube. Das Internet hingegen war sehr schlecht. Außerdem gibt es keinen Lift. Man muss sehr viele und hohe Treppen laufen. Unsere Wohnung war zwar offiziell im 2. Stock, hat sich aber eher wie der 5. Stock angefühlt. Wichtig zu wissen: Gereinigt wird nur einmal pro Woche. Für den Preis absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Toilettenpapier und Müllsäcke wurden zwar gebracht, nachdem ich danach gefragt hatte. Als ich jedoch eine Reinigung angefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass das H

Excelente ubicacion. Se tiene lo basico que se requiere para una estadia comoda. El sitio, pequeño, pero acogedor. la limpieza solo la hacen una vez a la semana. Se los recomiendo cuando viajen a Singapur
