Mia has a great location, stunning views to the dessert, wonderful property, we spend 1 night and despite management was managing crisis due to full new staff, they did their best to overcome the challenge. We had the opportunity to meet with the Hotels Director and Food and Beverage Director that personally involved in the operation to assure customers were properly attended, they have amazing plans for the place, renovating rooms, dining area, pool bar, new cinema, wellness area if all of this gets implemented along with high quality service they are creating a very special place. I would love to return.

The room was clean, cosy and very well kept. The views were lovely. Perfect for relaxing after busy Marrakech.

One of the best experiences. Kamal, Hasna, Azzedin, Aloud, and Nourdine made our stay even more pleasant. This staff was amazing, they help us on everything, they have a beautiful place and really good food. If I have to come back, I definitely I will definitely stay here again. I just love it. The pictures and videos do not do justice a this beautiful and paradisiac place.

The room was gorgeous, a mix of rustic desert and 5 star luxury hotel - you are still in a desert camp tent after all! The resort is still very new and there are still a couple of teething problems with it not being quite finished (no yoga classes or cinema available yet) and with the dining capacity and the booking system (there wasn't one!) which I'm sure is in the process of being resolved as this was brough to the attention of the owners. The food, once you got a table was of a very high standard. The options for vegetarin and vegan do need some work as it's quite a meaty meanu but they are very willing to adapt to suit you. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort, the sunsets and sun rises are stunning across the sand dunes and the staff couldn't be more helpful. But be aware, they do not have an alcohol licence (even though the listing mentions a bar - there is a bar but a dry one!). However, they do offer a collection service from the local shop, by one of the porters onsite. Just tell them what you want and they'll go and collect it and deliver it to your room for the cost of the products plus a delivery fee. We paid 300MAD for 8 x 330ml of beer - which is about £25. So it's not a cheap way of doing it, but it's there if you want it. Or you can just take your own, the mini fridge in the room worked perfectly. I can also HIGHLY recommend the massage at the onsite spa tents, the masseuse was brilliant. All in all, a solid 8 out of 10 for me.

Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble mais il y a plusieurs points négatifs qui ont fait que notre séjour, bien que très court, n’a pas été super à 100%. Dans un premier temps les tentes sont beaucoup trop collées, vous entendez absolument tout ! Il n’y a même pas 1m entre chaque tente. Pour l’intimité il faut clairement repasser. Pour la piscine, elle n’est pas chauffée donc très difficile de rentrer dedans et encore plus de rester. Inutile donc de payer une fortune les tentes avec piscines privées car vous n’allez pas vous baigner. Avec des températures élevées vous n’avez qu’une envie c’est vous rafraîchir mais là l’eau est très froide donc quasi impossible. Par ailleurs, je vous recommande d’avoir le numéro d’un taxi et de réserver avec lui directement pour le retour car nous avons réservé via l’hôtel et nous avons attendu plus 1h30 à l’accueil donc beaucoup de temps de perdu pour un séjour de 4j. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais rien d’exceptionnel, l’emplacement est très beau et ils proposent plusieurs activités (un peu cher par rapport aux autres prestataires).

Wir waren im Mia agafay für 2 Nächte, die Anlage ist super sauber schön gemacht. Allerdings konnte weder die Speise vom Restaurant uns überzeugen noch das Frühstück. Frühstück war zu wenig als Auswahl und war meist auch sehr schnell weg. Bis es nachgebracht worden ist hat es auch ziemlich lang gedauert. Zudem muss ich erwähnen das wir dort das Angebot vom töpfern in Anspruch genommen haben. Und uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt das es 2 Tage in der Sonne trocken muss dann wir das Zuhause selbst bei 200 grad noch brennen müssen. Wir haben gefragt ob die das für uns im offen brennen können. Dann meinte sie nein da wir ausschließlich nur Speisen im Offen brennen. So what … was stellen wir den zuhause in den offen?!? Warum wird es angeboten wenn man es nicht fertig gestellt bekommt für 40€! Fand ich sehr frech! Zu dem hat die Anlage kein Auto oder kann auch kein Taxi zu Verfügung stellen, wenn ja dauert es mindestens 40 min bis ein Transport Mittel kommt. Fortbewegen ist wirklich unmöglich! Falls irgendwas passieren sollte ist schwer das etwas kommt um einen zu retten!

Beautiful resort, very peaceful and relaxing with one of the best view ever

Very nice desert experience close to marrakech. We stopped there on our way to Agadir for one night coming from marrakech. Recommend.

Accueil peu chaleureux et impersonnel, chambre propre. Piscine non chauffée et petit déjeuner moyen. Repas à la carte moyen également. Gros problème de remontées d’odeurs d’égouts très incommodantes dans la tente. Activités assez chères sur place. Espace massage rudimentaire.

No alcohol is available! Important to highlight as you get the impression on the website that they serve drinks. There was one bar open, which was the restaurant bar. A 1 liter water costs 40 MAD which seems very expensive

Merci au serveur de la cuisine, et tout particulièrement à Monsieur Kamal, un serveur super gentil, attentionné, et qui donne de très bons conseils sur les repas. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été encore meilleure. Un grand merci !

Var fine telt/rom og hyggelig resepsjon og spiseområde og to veldig fine bassengområder. Maten var helt ok og de som jobbet der var hyggelige. Fin opplevelse å være der. Men stedet virket som det var litt smårotete organisert så personalet var ikke helt "påskrudd" og virket litt forvirret. Men kanskje det var tidlig sesong for dem og at alt av rutiner ikke var helt på plass.
