Very poor breakfast. No working TV. Very poor wifi signal. Very noisy guests partying all night long. The staff was nice but not very helpful.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They need a bathmat in the bathtub since it’s so high that there’s possibility to slide especially if there’s still soap lingering on it.

The bathroom smells really bad. No elevator

PM is very nice, customer service oriented, the staff are all very nice and accomodating. The food is great with a stunning view of TAAL volcano while we eat. Very nice! Thanks for a wonderful memories..
