Everthing was great.Just bring coffee for morning if you have more than 3 guests as not enough coffee for 7 people provided.Everything else great.

Excellent apartment hotel with a fantastic suite layout, easy check-in and secure access. Good location to Uber key areas. Would definitely stay here again. Appreciated the helpful and immediate responses from customer service and their ability to accommodate an early check-in for me.

Excellent spacious apartment which is immaculate and clean. Keefer House provided superb facilities, and their staff all accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed + more!

Staff, 24hr security and room were all excellent. Room was very clean and new. Water pressure in primary bedroom was poor however, and all guests had to use the hallway bath. Can't beat the price for the accommodations. Also proximity to the Keefer Bar was excellent. I'd highly recommend a stop there in the evening for drinks. Biggest issue was the number of homeless right outside the entrance to the hotel. Lots of visible drug usage when we arrived and over our balcony, back alley. That area near main and hastings is not great come to find out. Wish we had done more research on location before booking. Security did their best to keep it clear for guests. It is close proximity / walking distance to great shops and restaurants in Gastown and DT Vanc. Just head away from main/hastings.

Everything was great. Needs slippers and a side table in the balcony. Then it would be perfect.

Rooms were modern, clean and well equipped with an amazing coffee and tea station.

We loved it here. The staff was lovely and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent Christmas here and it had lots of room to even have our tree. Clean and close to everything. Really affordable for the great space.

Beautiful rooms, well appointed. The curated coffee collection with fresh beans from a local roaster was a really cool touch. The staff are also highly responsive and committed to helping out.

Had a great stay! Good location, very clean and great communication from the staff.

Great room - spacious and nice and quiet. Close to the arena and stadium. The folks with Keefer House were also nice enough to hold our bags for a few hours while we waited for our train back to the States.
