Thank God, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was spacious, and the cafe was nearby, so it was busy. Unfortunately, we, as guests staying here, wanted to order food but were made to queue, and the queue was incredibly long. Usually, guests just call to order. That's my only complaint.

Got room 07, didn't expect to be treated to the best city light view.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies and a swimming pool. It's close to Curug Cilember, and my wife and kids are happy.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the cooking utensils were complete and very comprehensive, only the floor was dusty.

The absolute best. Numbers 5 & 8 have the top view... 360 degrees all glass.

It's a shame the breakfast wasn't great. The hotel and restaurant aren't connected, so you have to queue again to order. Other than that, everything was excellent.

It's just that there are some insects at night/wasps entering the room and there is no YouTube on TV, otherwise it's awesome.

It's really nice, clean, the staff are friendly and fun, I want to go back again. The only downside is that the water is a bit low, so the bidet and shower are small, but it's still okay to shower.

Nice villa, best view so far I've stayed at Puncak. Of all the villas I've experienced, only the Sanad panorama is good from the villa. The cleanliness of the villa room. The view of the two mountains Salak and Gede is very good. It's highly recommended. It looks like it will be a favorite villa for families. It's really fun.

A budget hotel with an expensive view. Also, I appreciate the very friendly staff, who gave me extra time. Yesterday, I lost a tripod and the cleaning staff found it and returned it. Many thanks to the Sanad Resort staff.
