My Points

The toilets are clogged and there are lots of swamps that look like they're not being looked after, it's really bad.

Kloset-nya tersumbat dan banyak rawa-rawa seperti tidak terurus, sungguh buruk.

The accommodation looks neglected, very different from the photos, the water in the bathroom is dirty and not clean.

Penginapannya seperti tidak terurus, beda jauh dengan di foto, air di kamar mandinya kotor dan tidak bersih.

It's terrible. Don't ever book a stay here. The rooms are incredibly dirty and smelly. Staying here can cause asthma. The toilets are in worse condition than the public toilets at the terminal. It's okay, no refunds, and it's completely different from the photos shown.

Parah banget, jangan pernah pesan untuk nginap disini, kamar kotor banget dan bau.  nginep disini bisa2 kena asma. WC lebih parah kondisinya dari WC umum terminal, gpp gak bisa refund juga, beda banget dari foto2 yg ditampilkan. 

The room I got was completely different from what I booked. I ordered a room with air conditioning, a TV, and a shower, but it turned out I got none of that.

kamar yang saya dapat sangat tidak sesuai dengan yang saya pesan. Saya pesan kamar AC, TV, dan shower, tetapi ternyata yang saya dapat tidak ada itu sama sekali.
