For this price ok. Good AC, good internet, good bed, enough sockets. The small double Rooms have only a big bed, nothing else. For one night, that's okay. But for 5 days or more, as for me, its a bit too basic. in the 2nd floor is at least a water-cooker, but not even a cup. Bath-rooms are neglected. Not enough trash-bins. Just to empty 1 time a day is not enough, attract flys. So not well aquipped and no proper maintenance Suggestions: Hangers or nails on the wall to hang clothes. Put in each room a table, some chairs or shelvs. But at least nail. dear owner: Sleep there once yourself, then you know, what to do. You could do better to upgrade.
