The downside is the hot water. It's only at maximum heat upon check-in. The following hours, until the next day, the water is only lukewarm, barely even hot. Toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided in the room. They were provided only after asking at the front desk. Otherwise, it's fine.

At that time, I just dropped off my things and took a shower because I was going to Bromo. The downside is that there's no elevator, and the room is upstairs.

I got a room on the third floor. The stairs were quite high and narrow, making it difficult to carry large suitcases. However, the location was excellent.

There's no daily housekeeping service, even though I stayed for three nights. Even if I requested a room cleaning, the receptionist was rarely there.
