The rented room is located behind the clothing store area, making it inconvenient to access by having to walk past the shops. Although the booking price was cheap, I wouldn't have rented it if I had known this.

The hotel shares the same name as another hotel. The address is difficult to find and easily confused. Room service is poor. Vietnamese communication skills are weak, and the hotel is Chinese-owned.

The room was small but had a large balcony. The basic amenities were decent, the towels were clean, but the bedsheets had some dark stains. The owner is Chinese, so communication was done via Google Translate, and there was also a Vietnamese receptionist. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the entrance is through a clothing store, which is very inconvenient. One morning, I woke up to find the water supply cut off. I called the reception four times but no one answered. I didn't know where the staff or owner were to complain, and I needed to wash my face before going to work early. When I mentioned the water problem to the staff at lunchtime, all I got was, "Oh, really?". Overall, you should think carefully before booking. If you're traveling with light luggage, this is a budget-friendly option.

The room was clean and well-equipped (as shown in the photos). The staff were enthusiastic (they were helpful from the moment I booked through the app). The owner seems to be Chinese; the basic furnishings in the room were Chinese, and everything seemed fine. The price was reasonable (I booked a single room for less than 540,000 VND/day). The address is 46 Hang Bong, convenient for getting around to various places, amenities, and services. The only downside is the lack of an elevator (but I was on the second floor so it didn't affect me); if you're coming in late at night or early in the morning, you have to go around to the back door and use the back alley (Tam Thuong alley) to get to the main road (a few dozen meters away, less than a 2-minute walk). Reason: The front is a clothing store, right next to the hotel. I will choose this hotel again when needed.

The rooms were clean, I slept well and comfortably, the service was good, and it was close to tourist attractions.

I had some problem with check-in, but they were really responsible and apologized to me. I respected that.
