Overall, this hotel is comfortable, nice, and peaceful.
When I first checked in, the lobby was very fragrant and cool.
The receptionist was also kind and friendly.
When I received my room card, it said our room was on the second floor, but when I got on the elevator, it turned out that room 12xx was on the first floor.
The elevator buttons didn't match the card number, so I was a bit confused.
The room was quite spacious, fairly clean, but not terribly clean.
1. The pillowcase was dirty, with stains that couldn't be removed, and the sheets, in my opinion, weren't clean enough, a bit shabby.
2. In the closet, I found used towels that housekeeping probably hadn't picked up yet.
3. The bathroom mirror, especially next to the bathtub, was covered in white crust, not clean but clear. If I cleaned it with a special solution, it would be clear again and pleasant to look at. 4. The bathtub wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough...it was still dirty from dried soapy water. It should have been scrubbed or used a slightly rough sponge to remove the soap grease. So I cleaned it myself so the surface of the bathtub wouldn't get dirty when I bathed.
5. The bathroom was clean overall, except for the glass and bathtub.
There's a drinking water dispenser in the hallway. But it's quite a walk from our room to the corridor where the dispenser is. They provide a pitcher or glass jug so we can get more water. Unfortunately, the lid of the pitcher I got in the room was broken and no longer usable. So I bought mineral water from outside. They provide mineral water in the room for 15,000 Rupiah.
Overall, the room was nice and spacious, and there was a kitchen we could use to cook instant noodles 😁
