Extra small room, lots of safety issues, no proper curtain, no A/C, shower was to low, little animals walking into bathroom. I recommend Expedia to make a more accurate review of the products on your app.

I would have given it a five star but two things need me give it a 4 and not 5. One thing and most importantly was that the window blind which looked the the shared balcony-patio, did not go down, therefore, there was no privacy at all. The strap yo pull and close or open, was stuck in the up-open position. Also the light came through the window as soon as the sun was up. Perhaps if I had called the host who was very pleasant, she would have had it fixed, for not letting her know, was my fault. Second, there no soap or shampoo. Other than that it was a five. Excellent location! 5-10 min and same to Gran Via and many stores. Keep your wives out of Zara! The best ! Many,many restaurants with 15 walking. Puerta del Sol, 10 min walk. Mexican restaurant down and around the street about 5 blocks has the best Tacos.

Great communication and perfect location.

Perfect location, decent size room, there’s an elevator! Couple of downs is that there’s no closet but it has a place to hang some items. There’s no hot water at night and the bed makes a lot of noise, the curtain for the window is see through so hope whoever is in the other room not a smoker or likes to be in the outdoor porch area.

Right in the center of Madrid, this was the perfect place to start my vacation in Europe. Good value for the price of the room.

I wasn't expecting it to have an "air-bnb" vibe, but otherwise, it was great.

The room was exactly what I needed. It was in walking distance from every place I wanted to visit in Madrid. Also a comfortable size, and had every amenity I needed.

Quarto limpo e todos equipamentos de cozinha em perfeito estado. Lúcia foi muito atenciosa em nos receber antecipadamente.

La descripción decía cama doble, con baño adentro. La realidad el Cto Estaba exageradamente pequeño con una litera y baño afuera . Agua para bañarnos helada x lo demás excelente ubicación y buena limpieza
