just got back from 4days 3nights stayed at edenwood hotel. it was a great experience staying there. the room for deluxe king was spacious, clean and odor free. as a muslim, i am very happy because there was a qibla in the room so it is easy for me to perform my prayer. all the receptionist friendly, kind, and helpful. i am beyond happy to meet nice people like them. it seems like this hotel not a typical hotel budget like others because this hotel was super duper good.
it has smart tv which is good for people who decided to stay in the room to chill because they got netflix and utube as well. they also has basic kits like toothbrush with toothpaste, haircomb, soap, shaver and etc. all of them u can bring home for free. they also got bathrobe which is i never find it in any other hotel budget. they got towel also for u if u didnt bring your own towel.
as i said, the hotel was very very good so i have nothing to lodge a complaint. i would happy to repeat staying at edenwood hotel if i come to penang in future. i hope that the hotel will keep their consistency in terms of their services and cleanliness.
however, the parking concept is first come firat serve which is limited parking. if i am not mistaken they only provide 5 car park in hotel lot. they also has parking behind the hotel but i am not sure how much. if you rent a motor, u can park anywhere as long as u are not blocking others’ car. the hotel location is strategic as it is nearby to other places of tourist attractions. so thats all from my experience staying here. thank you so much. i love edenwood hotel so much. the best hotel budget that i ever stayed so far.
