They need a lil more parking space , and they tried to clean my room at almost 3 pm ( I was taking a nap) I had to ask for towels and toilet paper , then they rush me for my check out, the guy at the office told me that the owner of the place get upset when ppl leave the place after check out time. Workers need more training.

Check the room you are getting, the descriptions are not always what you get. Two or three rooms say garden rooms and they are not.

Estadia encantadora! Muito limpa! Area muito agradável na beira da lagoa. Caiaques disponíveis sem custo adicional. Ótimo cafe da manha! Ótimas instalacoes. Meu quarto e banheiro eram enormes! Bem acessível como pedi! Funcionários atenciosos. Check-in sem burocracia. Ótimos tacos no restaurante do hotel. A lagoa dispensa comentários. Senti falta somente do espelho de corpo inteiro. Recomendo no mínimo 2 noites. Retornaria com certeza!

Belle chambre très propre mais dénudée. Hotel boutique très bien située, bonne cuisine, personnel très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est un gros plus. A recommander fortement!
