The location is very good, near MRT and bus station. Staff is very friendly and supportive, they can speak English well. The room is also clean.

Very nice hotel for my stay in Busan. Spacious room with modern technique. Have the laundry room in the basement which is very convenient. I will definitely come back again for my next trip to Busan.

The best hotel we’ve ever had so far! The pictures are the proof of our wonderful stay here. Great space, view, resting place, and amenities. A 2-min walk to the beach and 2 convenient stores just outside the hotel. Definitely raised our hotel standard!

The hotel is clean and modern, and even has a convenient laundry and dry cleaning service. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and there's a complimentary robotic coffee maker for guests, which is quite nice.

Very nice hotel, the location is near to the bus stop and Haeundae Beach. In front of the hotel, there is a minimart, so we bought some snacks and drinks. The room is awesome, even they have an adjustable bed, I was impressed, definitely will recommend this hotel to family or friend.

Great hotel with strategic location, room was tidy and clean, free coffee every morning that served by robot.

The hotel is overall clean and has modern facilities. There is an air purifier in the room, and the room itself is spacious, with a very comfortable bed. I used the robot coffee machine on the first floor, and it was very fascinating. Overall, it is clean and convenient, making it a great place to stay with family and friends.
