Got it for under 150, spacious room, quiet neighborhood, hidden place surrounded by large houses. There are two buildings, the older building looks poorly maintained, the wood in the room bathroom door is rotting. Got towels, cable TV, parking for motorbikes that don't get rained on/hot, staff friendliness should be improved, sir. That price for what you get is okay.

Even though everything is old, it is cleaned, tidied up and washed every day.
