The room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly, accomodating and helpful. Location is brilliant, wouldn't have changed a thing

the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative - from dinner recommendations to storing our luggage. I would highly recommend!

Everyone was so very helpful for us from another country. We were even helped to order food after the kitchen closed. I can’t even express how grateful we were to the entire staff.

Was a perfect location for St. Patrick’s day parade! Not too far and far enough away! The staff was lovely. The atmosphere in the pub was chill and cosy. Very clean and the people were friendly. Would recommend staying again!!

Room was small but very clean, staff were incredible during the stay. We didn't overall have a good stay however, as fire alarms went off waking us up about 3/4am on both nights. The staff were great and hotel was lovely, but as an overall stay it didn't quite live up to expectations.

The hotel is exquisitely designed. The 3 dining options are equally great to dine at for their different purposes. Staff was very helpful and the location CANNOT be beat.

Amazing stay! They let us check in early which was perfect after an overnight flight. Small but lovely room, a perfect location, and nice to have a cafe and restaurant all in the building.

Clean, modern hotel with a great overall feel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. However, the smoke alarm went off in the early hours on both nights, and it wasn’t clear whether these were real emergencies or false alarms. Communication from staff during these incidents could have been much better. At checkout, we were told the alarms were linked to nightclub in the same building and had been triggered by someone smoking in the club —apparently it’s something that happens quite often.

Great Hotel

Clean room, very nice staff, very central

Centrally located. Friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights, checking in on a Sunday. 3rd floor room, very quiet. We went for a slightly larger room. Great shower. We didn't eat there as we had reservations elsewhere, we did have a few drinks and the bar staff were very attentive.

It was great. Would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities exceptional. Sir ha and her colleague at reception were fantastic. So friendly and helpful with recommendations for our stay in Dublin. They were delightful.
