I have stayed at Las Gacelas on a number of occasions and they are basic but spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely, friendly and welcoming reception staff. Las Gacelas is a god to accommodation in Playa Del Ingles for me.

The apartment we had was basic but functional, including extra bedding if needed. The host provided clear communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival. No air conditioning which was ok for end of March but would be intolerable in the summer. Bring your own soap if there for more than a night!

Literally a last minute trip to carnival and I could have ask for any more for what I paid, location excellent, and an ok apartment.

The room was very clean, I arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time, but it was ready so they let me in. Good value for money, great for Yumbo, but still pretty quiet.

Everything is fine

Reception staff was very helpful, polite and friendly with the children. They work on Christmas and Boxing Day and offered sweets to kids. Swimming pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. We’d offered the 1st floor room and from the balcony we couldn’t able to see anything beyond the compound.

Big clean room. While no food rests (like salt, oil...), kitchen provides all we need, incl. Toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cuttlery. Big balcony with a city view. Quite. Polite receptionists. Was able to leave bags at the reception after checkout at no cost.

We had a pleasant stay there, Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and definitely willing to help if asked. Receptionist allowed us to leave our baggage for few hours (in a safe place) after checking out. Great location. Fully recommend.

Pool was fine

Rummen behöver renoveras. Dåligt wifi

God dobbeltseng og ditto sovesofa. Svært hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening i resepsjonen. Noe dårlig utstyrt kjøkken. Røkvarsleren var ikke i orden. Støy fra veien når vi satt på verandaen, men også mye å følge med på :) Sentral beliggenhet. Kommer gjerne tilbake for et ukesopphold.

Rom 409 passet meg, likte det godt Passer med sola, på balkongen. Nå tror jeg, har bodd 14 dager vært år i januar i snart 20 år. Blitt mitt annet hjem 👍🤗
