The staff were very kind and helpful. They showed me where to find a currency exchange and even prepared a breakfast box for me early in the morning. It was a very comfortable stay, and I would love to come back to this hotel again. I really recommend this hotel!

Kokoa Hotel in Peru is ideally located just a few minutes from the main square, with plenty of great food options nearby. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the rooms spotless, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful hotel located a few mins away from plaza de armas. Staff was extremely attentive. We loved our stay here.

Nice location, I asked for a top floor room after reading comments and the lady at the front desk was very helpful (even with my poor Spanish skills)! Rooms was great, shower hot and good pressure. Nice comfy beds! They knew me by my name by the time I left, lovely small hotel!

The staff here were amazing with a special mention to Eliana and Evelin at reception! Always friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. This was the nicest shower, hot, clean and plenty of room. The only thing letting the hotel down was lack of choice at breakfast, maybe more pastries and fruit. Would definitely pick this hotel if I returned to Cusco.

Close to the main square, hit water and shower pressure are consistent and good. Room is dark enough to get a good night sleep. Each floor has water and tea service.

It’s close to everything

I wouldn’t stay here again, but also not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The bathroom had a smell. Seemed more like a hotel for young people wanting to party. Noisy.
