The bathroom was unclean and smelly. The exhaust fan didn't work. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes were missing. The towels were tiny. The TV and remote were broken.

The room was spacious and clean, just a bit damp. Breakfast probably has a different menu every day. The food was decent. The children's pool wasn't very clean either. But so far, I'm satisfied. The service is friendly.

The hotel staff, starting from the receptionist, were very helpful when we wanted to check in. Initially we were on the 3rd floor, but because we brought our parents whose legs were already sore, so we asked to move to the 2nd floor, the lady was fast response. The water from the upper shower in the bathroom was not coming out, immediately WA the admin and was immediately fixed by the technician. Unfortunately the hot water was not working (it doesn't matter actually, the important thing is that the water is coming out), the swimming pool is quite good even though it is not too big. AC, TV, electric kettle are working, the room is spacious, clean, comfortable, the parking lot is also spacious, in the afternoon when it rained until night our helmets were saved by the hotel. Incidentally, we only booked a room without breakfast. It is also not noisy with vehicles because the hotel is in an alley -/+ 500 meters from the main road. The access is also very easy to find. Everything is OK, soon, God willing, if you want a staycation, just come here again.. 🤗

This is my first time staying here. The staff is friendly, but the cleanliness of the bedroom and toilet is lacking. The toilet is full of moths, there is only one electrical outlet in the room and that is for the TV. There is no soap or toothpaste. Worse, I was given a towel that was only as wide as a pillow for bathing, which in other hotels is used as a doormat. Plus, for the price of around 200 rupiah, you get fried rice for breakfast, which is already good. I checked in on the 13th, checked out on the 15th, but because my wife complained that it was uncomfortable, I ended up changing hotels on the 14th. I hope things will be better in the future, at least they give you a wider towel like a regular towel, don't discriminate just because you rent a regular room.
