I like staying at this hotel, but the hotel management needs to do something about the mosquitoes. Please, mosquitoes are very annoying. The air-conditioning is not cold even though the temperature has already reached a minimum of 16°C. Please take note of those matters. Thank you

I stay at this hotel every weekday and I really appreciate the staff's hospitality. They are genuinely friendly and polite, very helpful, fast service, and generally safe here. BUT the hotel management should install an elevator because I want to experience staying on another floor too. I have illnesses that limit my physical ability. Please install an elevator!

I stay here every weekdays and the staffs treat me like family. They are friendly, responsible, respectful and helpful. I like this hotel. The location is very strategic, near Aeon Mall, Lotus and Matahari store, and also banks. The only regret is that the hotel doesn't has elevator which makes guests need to climb stair to higher floor. Do install elevator because it's good for business growth. I can see the hotel has many guests but without elevator will make customer think twice to stay for second time. On my last visit I can see many old people stay at the hotel and also a mother with special needs child. The hotel really needs the elevator. Hotel owner, please consider. Thank you.
