Hi, I booked through an app. I intended to heal or take a break. The location is in a small alley. The room is really uninhabitable. I apologize to the owner, not to put me down, because honestly, this is my real experience and I don't want this to happen to other guests. Is this hotel worthy of being listed on an OTA? Here are some of my experiences: The first time I entered the FO, the staff was a bit rude, but that's okay, they didn't communicate much. The first time I entered the room, oh my. The place really smelled like a boarding house with the smell of sweat. There was no toothbrush. Only one towel and it was very thin. There were only two mineral water bottles. One had been opened because the water was not full and the bottle had been opened previously. The floor drain was clogged, so the water immediately pooled when I took a shower. The shower and jet washer were in a very poor condition for a hotel. The pillows really smelled and had black spots of mold. The bed was hard and the bed frame was iron. The bed cover also smelled. The window coverings were stained and dirty. Only soap was provided. The bedside lamp was also out. There was a partition on one side of the room, not a wall. Outside noise easily entered the room, and the music was played too loudly. I hope the owner can improve. If it's not worth staying at an OTA, it's best not to. Even at that price, it's not worth it at all. Oh yes, this hotel is also very open about offering short-term rates. It's not suitable for guests who are resting or recuperating. Thank you, and I regret to say this. I apologize profusely.
