The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The male person at the reception area was courteous and helpful. I didn't get a chance to go into the pool because it was crowded and small. I enjoyed my stay but note the booking page says there is a microwave in the room which was a lie. I got a room with two king beds,refrigerator, AC, TV. The refrigerator took so long to get our drinks cold. There was no knob to adjust the temperature. The internet was not good. Both the tv and AC remote batteries needed to be changed so we had issues adjusting the temperature and switching channels.

Little expensive for overall quality

The rooms were about 40% less than the other hotels but there were reasons for that. There were some things that could have been fixed without much trouble (curtains too short for balcony window, outlet so worn out that plugs fell out) and other problems they need to fix but will cost more - poor internet, shower control bad, King bed too big for room, refrig doesn’t work, but I have to say the staff were very friendly and tried hard!

It was a good hotel.
