This is a 3 star hotel, not the 4. Hallway cleanliness was below 4 star expectations. Our shower had black mold in the grout. Mold was also where we had to hang the towels on the hooks on the wall. Breakfast was ok, too many breads that taste the same, eggs were below average. Only fruit and yogurt saved breakfast. Pool - grout had mold, so I did not even swim. Beds we comfortable and clean sheets we changed daily. That was good. Location is good, beach is close.

Excelente servicio

The bathroom was really dirty. Walls had marks all over. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The breakfast was very limited in vegetarian options. Night staff didn’t speak English.

Room and bathroom was unclean. Dirty bed linen, dust/trash under bed under bed and sofa bed provided. The bathroom sink would back up with water and took a long time to drain. I was not notified that the middle elevator did not stop at the 8th and 7th floors. Used the stairs to get to my room several times. Chaotic breakfast seating my table was taken while I got my food, but a good and varied breakfast spread.

Very good breakfast

If you like beach, this is great location. Breakfast is big and delicious. Many restaurants in walking distance. Uber is really quick to pick you up. Pool and Gym are so so, they are on eleventh floor with beautiful views. This is a busy hotel with mostly Brazilians as their guests. Rooms are ok and toilet is poor but shower is good. Lots of shelving and drawers to put your clothes. Also had a safe for valuables. Overall I would give it a 7.8/10.

Right on the beach, great location. Staff was excellent, spoke english and Spanish. Travel time to GIG fluctuates with traffic. (Anywhere between 30-60 minutes).

Clean room, room is old flooring is breaking apart, bathrooms are old and beds are not comfortable

The room small and mold. The ac drips so the floor was wet. The ceiling had water dripping had to change room. The second room wasn’t as moldy the head board was broken. The bathroom sink clogged then the key reader for the door wasn’t working maintenance had to come and repair it. The breakfast was good had good options for pork eaters. I enjoyed the fruits and fresh green juice.

Good buffer

Swimming pool is very small. It is across the road from the beach. The rooms are nicely air conditioned. Staff don’t have much of a personality. They are not bad but not great either. Overall reasonably clean. They have a feet sand washer in the front which is nice when you finish the beach before you get in the hotel. Breakfast is Brazilian continental nothing special but it will get you started for your day. Opens at 6.30am for breakfast. Generally speaking best to have lunch and dinner in a proper restaurant as you will be paying similar prices for better food. For the price you won’t complain as much but don’t expect more than a 3 star even though hotel is a 4 star.
