✅friendly reception staff👍🏻 & also humble apologize for any mistakes… ✅clean bed, clean room, cold aircond comfortable to sleep ❌but there is no family table this time (round table) like in the picture. Before this morning check in, there is a table.. ❌dusty dressing table & kettle, glass is broken ❌toilet is broken, sink is broken, soap 2, shampoo 1 is not enough. Should have put 4 soaps 4 shampoos ❌not family friendly, because to go to the elevator you have to go up the stairs… sorry for the elderly. The elevator should be directly from the bottom ❌the most disrespectful thing to customers is, suddenly turning off the electricity at 12-12 quarter! Please hotel owners, don't like the electricity shutdown.. respect the customer.. we don't have the right to pay more.. not even 1 o'clock plus we have a small child who has to use the toilet suddenly when checking out! The lights are off, the aircon is off! Pity the elderly until they sweat in the hot room
