Staying at Kiwi Capsule Hotel Bangkok was a unique and comfortable experience during my time in the city. This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with a modern capsule concept while still being close to Bangkok’s main attractions. Ambience/Facilities: The hotel has a minimalist, modern, and very clean atmosphere. Instead of traditional rooms, it offers capsule-style sleeping pods that feel cozy and private. The shared facilities are well-maintained, including clean bathrooms, secure lockers, and a comfortable common area where guests can relax or socialize. Food: The hotel provides light breakfast options such as bread, coffee, and simple snacks. While the selection is not extensive, it’s sufficient to start your day. There are also many local eateries and street food spots nearby for a more authentic Thai food experience. Staff Service: The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The check-in process is quick, and they are always available to assist with directions or recommendations around the city. Highlights: The most memorable parts were the unique capsule sleeping experience, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the quiet environment that made it easy to rest despite being in a busy city. Price: Considering the concept and location, the price is very affordable. It’s a great option for solo travelers or backpackers who want comfort and cleanliness without spending too much. Location: The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore Bangkok’s tourist attractions, shopping areas, and nightlife.

I have stayed here many times because it’s convenient to travel and the staff is always lovely. This time I have requested a floor that is not noisy? The male reception is very nice, He recognized me and processed the request, although sometimes there are noisy incidents from other people sharing room but it’s acceptable because hotel fully booked, this time I’m very lucky because there is a room available. Until…when I was sitting in the dining room, I heard a small, short-haired female reception (first time I met her) talking to another customer her said, "Some customers are very big deal, If you want a quiet room, why don't you open a private room? Why come to sleep in a sharing room?" She may not mean me who just informed the request like that. But this kind of words that's inappropriate. She may not be trained to be a good employee, she must to should be more understanding about service mind and reset mindset. When your hotel has clear rules about staying and customers who do not break the rules are they a big deal that the hotel doesn't want, right?

Everything was great, especially the staff who provided excellent service and were very helpful and provided great advice. The only downside was that the bathroom had a bit of dripping water, making it messy to walk on. I wish there were bath mats available before getting into bed at every room.
