In Georgetown, it's within walking distance of the restaurants and cafes in the Old Town area. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly.

Staff was very helpful, they guided us through the facilities at the pool & gym. The breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of variety. Will definitely come back 🍉

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were given a late check-out because our flight was delayed, leaving quite late in the afternoon.

Comfortable, clean, beautiful, and quiet. Close to shopping and culinary centers.

Had to give RM200 deposit despite the app stating no deposit required. The front desk took a long time to process the refund during check-out (and we also just found out during check-out that we had to pay 2 separate taxes – Tourism & Local Government fee). It would’ve been helpful if this had been made known to us from the start or paid at the beginning prior to the stay. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft. The 1st Avenue mall is right next to the hotel and we mostly travelled to everywhere via Grab (do note Grab usually takes about 8-10 minutes to arrive). Overall a relatively pleasant stay.

Beyond my expectations. The hotel was mediocre, both in terms of service and amenities. Some of the receptionists were unfriendly. The food was mediocre, despite the extensive menu.

Hotel location is very strategic for travelers who want to explore Georgetown. My room has a good view and the hotel has full-range facilities including a sauna and steam bath room.

Stayed here during Penang trip and is a very recommended stay. The bed is comfortable, they even have an option for hard pillows. The room is very clean and comfy, and overall very recommended and very nearby major tourist spots in Georgetown as well!

Great hotel for a family trip, the family room is so spacious so four of us don't feel cramped. The hotel is located near tourist spots and foodies (culinary) that we have tried and like so much. Great hotel at a strategic location.

Location was great! Right beside First Avenue Mall for food and shopping, and also Top Penang for some entertainment (especially for kids). I was satisfied with the room comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast buffet spread not the best but was alright.
