Great option instead of a hotel on the area. Spacious, clean, fully equipped, very comfortable overall.

Beautifully furnished room. Great bathroom. Loved the patio. Hot water kinda lacked as did kitchen accoutrements.

This property is new and partially still under some construction. Everything was as expected, clean, friendly staff with 24 hour front desk. Very walkable to many places near the Roma Norte and Reforma. Very close to public transit.

I gotta say, locating is great. Really clean and nice. Staff is amazing they go the extra mile. Things i didnt like was we only had hot water to shower for like 10 min and then super cold, no sheets for the sofa bed and only 1 control for the 2 tv's. I would rent here again and i do recommend it

The water situation was atrocious! We had to schedule showers in increments of 30 minutes for a party of 4 adults as that was how long it took to get hot water. Equally, I had to text to get toilet paper, clean towels etc. I requested an extra blanket and was told I could only get ONE. We were provided with an 8 by 10 small heater. Despite this, the location of the hotel was a huge plus. The metro and other eateries were near by. Edgar in the front desk was the only pleasant person I encountered ;(

This a mixed review, while the facilities are great, modern and set on the right direction, the staff they have is terrible, at least their security department; rude and with no sense of privacy. Mexico has one of the worst policies regarding data protection, they will TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ID, and refuse to delete it for “security reasons”. I’ve been from pole to pole and never seen this procedure, so your data is out there for everyone in their circle, these people don’t look like they will maintain the building secure even if it was invaded by kids. Awful treatment by them. The facilities are great, the around area is well located but the experience suffers from their awful staff.

Great location, walkable to all main neighborhoods in CDMX. 24/7 staff at main door with easy and friendly access to the premises.

Buena ubicación cerca de paseo de la reforma. Habitación limpia estancia muy tranquila. Sin ruidos, buen descanso.

Los cuartos NO tienen refrigeración, en tiempo de calor NO lo recomiendo

Es una estancia muy cómoda y un lugar bastante agradable

The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom had a terrible sewer smell though. And it really misses not having an air conditioner.

Buena opción Solo pareciera que el Agua caliente tiene un temporizador porque dura muy poco, al hacer ajustes con el agua fria, ya solo sale agua fria
