Really cool, love and comfortable staying here, everyone is happy, will come back again 😍

I was disappointed staying here. About 45 minutes after checking out, the villa management sent us a WhatsApp message asking us to replace the ducks in the pool. We were sent photos of the ducks that were damaged and had large tears, I felt accused of tearing the ducks and was asked to replace them for 350k, that's crazy. Even though the ducks deflated on their own in the morning, so we couldn't play with them while swimming. Well, I don't know if they suddenly deflated, maybe because of the heavy rain last night or something. Besides that, the room was full of ants everywhere, the trash can was very small in the bathroom, it was difficult to throw away the trash, there weren't enough trash cans, the TV was only in the living room, there wasn't a TV in the bedroom, the AC didn't reach the living room so it was hot when watching TV. Apart from that, the villa was actually nice, aesthetic, the location is also strategic in the middle of the city in the Seturan area behind the UPN campus, a short walk ahead is Indomaret, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned as if it had been by the previous guest, the soap and shampoo were also empty when we arrived.

The staff communicates very well, if there are any problems they are immediately resolved. I will come back again.

The place is nice, clean, unfortunately there are no power outlets in the sofa area of the TV room, but overall it's good.
