The AC wasn't cooling. I wanted to ask for a room change, but was advised to use the remote control. The hotel staff helped me set it and left it for 30 minutes, but the AC still wasn't cooling. It wasn't comfortable because it was hot and the AC wasn't cooling. The room amenities weren't well-maintained. The staff were all very friendly. My suggestion is that next time the AC isn't cooling, they should immediately change rooms. Thanks.

For those of you who want to vacation to Mount Salak, now you don't need to bother having to rent a vehicle, RedDoorz on the Ciapus route, in addition to complete facilities, also has 24-hour public transportation.

I stayed here for a week and everything was good: good service, friendly staff, affordable prices, and complete facilities. I'll stay here again next time I'm on vacation.

The AC in the room was really not cold & very hot, scammed about room upgrades & the call center was not active when asking about changing rooms from top to bottom, apparently the rooms were all upstairs

Comfortable place, especially the relaxing room is very spacious.

Actually, everything is pleasant in this hotel. From the room, staff, service, etc. But please be careful with the unknown group that hangs out at the sate taichan below the hotel. I had trouble with the police because of a false report they made. I intended to stay at the hotel but ended up staying at the police station. And I was declared innocent of the things the taichan group accused me of. The next day I went home.

The hotel staff is friendly. The location is pleasant and cool. It's a good place to rest for a while before heading home.

When we stayed, it was still very new, having only been open for three weeks. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was no elevator, only stairs. Next to the inn was a Padang restaurant and a Taichan satay stall. It was also close to an ice cream parlor.
